Shipping, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Everything you need to know about free shipping, order cancellation, our no-return and no-refund policy, and eligible exchanges.

  • Aviras offers free shipping on all orders. No additional standard shipping charges are applied at checkout.
  • Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery may occasionally take longer due to:

    • Public holidays or weekends
    • Courier service disruptions
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
    • Remote or non-serviceable locations
    • Events beyond our reasonable control
  • Any delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary depending on delivery location and courier availability.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided while placing the order.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, mobile number, and email address. Aviras is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked.
  • Please check the product details, size, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before completing your purchase.
  • Refusal to accept an order at the time of delivery is not treated as a valid cancellation.
  • Products purchased from Aviras cannot be returned for a cash refund, bank refund, or reversal of payment.
  • Eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with the conditions below.
  • Shipping delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond Aviras's control do not make an order eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • An exchange request must be raised within seven days of delivery. Requests received after this period are not accepted.
  • A handling charge of ₹100 per exchange request applies for administrative, inspection, and exchange-processing costs.
  • Any additional delivery or reverse-shipping charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
  • A product is eligible for exchange only when:

    • The request is raised within seven days of delivery
    • The jewellery is unused, unworn, and unaltered
    • The product is free from scratches, stains, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use
    • Original tags, invoice, certificate, jewellery box, protective packaging, and complimentary items are returned
    • The item passes Aviras's quality inspection
    • The customer provides the order number and required purchase details
  • Aviras may decline an exchange when these conditions are not met.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Products damaged through improper use, storage, or handling.
  • Products affected by water, perfumes, chemicals, cosmetics, or cleaning agents.
  • Items purchased under offers expressly marked as non-exchangeable.
  • Complimentary gifts or promotional products.
  • Requests submitted more than seven days after delivery.
  • Email support@aviras.co within seven calendar days of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Please include:

    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange
    • A clear video showing the product, its condition, and the original packaging
  • After successful verification and approval, Aviras will arrange a pickup from the delivery address.
  • The ₹100 handling fee must be paid before pickup is arranged.
  • After collection, the product undergoes a final physical quality inspection before exchange processing.
  • Exchanges are provided only for the same product originally purchased, subject to availability.
  • If the same product is out of stock, Aviras will provide the closest available replacement with a similar design, style, and value. The final replacement is selected by Aviras based on available inventory.
  • No cash or bank refund is provided if the original product is unavailable.
  • Do not send a product directly to Aviras without confirmation from the support team.
  • Exchange approval does not guarantee final acceptance; final acceptance is subject to physical inspection of the returned product.
  • Aviras may reject claims involving misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or incomplete supporting information.
  • Variations caused by screen display, lighting, or photography are not considered product defects.
  • Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur due to the nature and craftsmanship of jewellery and do not ordinarily qualify as defects.
  • Aviras reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The policy applicable on the date an order was placed governs that order.
