Shipping

  • Orders are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 working days after confirmation.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Delivery Note

Your product will be delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays or high order volumes.

Return Policy

  • We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return, the product must be:

    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging with tags and invoice
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection after pickup.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Items purchased during special sale or offer periods, where specified.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after the product passes the quality check.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Customers can initiate a return and place a new order after receiving the refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before dispatch, orders can be cancelled within 12-24 hours of placing the order.
  • A full refund will be processed for eligible cancellations before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Customers can initiate a return after delivery where the product is eligible.
